Whiskey Tango Logistics is a brand of Whiskey Tango Industries LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in the Dallas – Fort Worth area. Throughout this page, "we" and "us" mean Whiskey Tango Industries LLC, and "you" means the person or business buying the product.
A Google Sheets template and its accompanying script, delivered as a link that creates a private copy in your own Google Drive, plus the Quick Start guide. You are buying a licence to use that copy, not the underlying design, code or documentation, which stay ours.
You may use your copy for your own business, on as many of your own trucks as you like, and modify it however you want. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish the copy link, or offer it as part of a product or service of your own.
If the product does not work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request, and there is nothing to return — you keep your copy. Refunds are issued by our payment processor to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days.
The spreadsheet, the form and the script all run inside your own Google account. Your loads, rates, addresses, expenses and any other data you enter stay there. We never receive them, we cannot see them, and there is no account to create with us.
Mileage is calculated by Google Maps from the addresses you enter into your own form, and that request is made by the script running under your Google account, not by us. Your use of Google Sheets, Google Forms and Google Maps is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.
When you buy, our payment processor collects your email address and billing details in order to take payment and send you the product. We receive your email address so we can deliver the product and answer support requests. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
The Fleet Log calculates figures from numbers you supply, using default rates and deduction percentages that were accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. It is a planning and record-keeping tool. It is not tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, and we are not your accountant. Confirm deduction percentages, per diem rates and anything else that affects your filing with a qualified preparer before you rely on it.
The product is provided as-is. We work hard to make it correct and we will fix genuine defects, but we cannot guarantee it is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the product is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Some parts of the product depend on Google services and on quotas Google sets. If Google changes or withdraws those services, features may stop working. We will do what we reasonably can, but we do not control them.
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
